These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of templfly.com (the “Website”) and the purchase and use of digital templates and related digital assets (the “Products”) offered on the Website.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, downloading, or purchasing any Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable licence terms referenced on the Website.
In these Terms, “Templfly”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to GD EQUESTRIAN LTD (Company number 14818864, legal address: Dept 5447a, 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom, E14 9FP), the operator of templfly.com.
All customer purchases on templfly.com are made from Templfly. For customer purchases, Templfly is the contracting party (merchant of record) and handles customer support, billing questions, refunds (if any), and dispute handling in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
Collaborators are not sellers, retailers, or merchants to customers on templfly.com. We do not process customer purchases on behalf of Collaborators. Any internal remuneration, commission, or royalty arrangements with Collaborators do not affect the Customer’s relationship with Templfly under these Terms.
4.1 Licence grant. Subject to your payment and ongoing compliance with these Terms and the applicable licence type shown at checkout or on the Product page, Templfly grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Product.
4.2 Licence documents. Where a separate licence agreement or licence summary is presented on the Product page, at checkout, or in your account, it forms part of these Terms.
4.3 Scope. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the licence is limited to the permitted number of projects, seats or users, and uses described on the Website.
You may modify a Product to the extent reasonably necessary for your permitted use, provided that such modifications do not breach these Terms or the applicable licence terms. Modified Products remain subject to all restrictions in Section 6.

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights under these Terms or any applicable licence without Templfly’s prior written consent.
8.1 Ownership. Intellectual property rights in Products are owned by Templfly and/or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8.2 As-is. Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
General customer support is provided for six (6) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Support does not include installation, customization, or third-party environment troubleshooting.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for purchases, including applicable taxes and disclosed fees.
Transactions may be suspended or delayed for manual anti-fraud review to prevent unauthorized use of payment methods.
Wallet balances are prepayments for future purchases, do not constitute a bank account, earn no interest, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms. Templfly is not responsible for third-party services or compatibility issues.
We may modify or discontinue Website features or Products at any time, subject to applicable law and without affecting licences already granted.
We may investigate suspected violations and take actions as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templfly shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Updated Terms will be posted on templfly.com and apply from the date of publication.
