Notice and Takedown Policy

GD EQUESTRIAN LTD  (Company number 14818864, legal address: Dept 5447a 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom, E14 9FP) (“Templfly”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of templfly.com (the “Website” or “Platform”), is committed to respecting intellectual property rights.

In accordance with the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and applicable intellectual property laws, we have adopted the following notice-and-takedown procedure.

1. Reporting Copyright or IP Infringement

If you believe that content available on our Website infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to our designated contact including:

  • your full name, company (if applicable), and contact details;

  • a description of the copyrighted work or other IP right you claim has been infringed;

  • a direct link (URL) to the allegedly infringing content on our Website;

  • a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder;

  • a statement, made in good faith, that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;

  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate;

  • your physical or electronic signature.

2. Response and Removal

Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we may:

  • acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time;

  • review and investigate the claim;

  • where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content without undue delay;

  • notify the account holder or contributor who submitted the content to the Platform about the action taken.

  • If we remove or disable access to content, we will provide the affected  user with a “Statement of Reasons” explaining the decision. The user  will have the right to appeal this decision through our internal  complaint-handling system by contacting support@templfly.com within six  (6) months of the decision

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website and/or services for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

4. Good Faith Requirement

Submitting a false, misleading, or abusive notice (or counter-notice) may result in legal liability. Please ensure that your claim is accurate and made in good faith.

5. Reporting Illegal Content (Online Safety Act 2023)

In addition to intellectual property claims, users may report content they believe is illegal under the UK Online Safety Act 2023 (e.g., fraudulent templates, prohibited adult content, or material inciting violence). Reports should be sent to support@templfly.com and include a clear explanation of why the content is believed to be illegal. We will assess these reports and act swiftly to remove content that meets the “reasonable grounds to infer illegality” threshold.»

6. Trusted Flaggers

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act, notices submitted by “Trusted Flaggers” (as designated by Digital Services Coordinators) will be prioritised and processed without undue delay
