Wallet is not a bank account, payment account, escrow, or trust arrangement, and it is not electronic money. Wallet funds do not earn interest and are not redeemable for cash. Templfly is not required to hold Wallet balances in a segregated account and may commingle such funds with its general operating funds, subject to applicable law.
